Tried to use the help chat on the website, it directed me to use the help chat on the phone app, used this and it eventually directed me to what seems to be a real human. Though then it took a lot of back and forth to seem to get them to understand the problem... they've asked me to try again in 12 hours. We shall see I guess! (They gave me a UK number to call to follow up if it still doesn't work.)
How can such a fundamental feature on a BANK website be broken.
