I decided I automate nearly everything in my house. Smart House solutions are pretty done today with many competitors are established.

What is not done, are ideas and solutions and whrre and how to apply them.

- ✅ Different colors (temperature) and intensity of the light, based on the time of the day dusk and dawn
- ✅ Night mode which is turned on manually from bedrooms which makes lights even dimmer
- ✅ Automatic shading based on time of the day (in respect to the dusk/dawn times)
- ✅ Alarm based on the presence sensors
- ✅ Presence simulation (light goes on randomly to simulate presence in the house when we are away)
- 🛠️ Automatic watering system for lawn and trees in the garden
- ✅ Integration with thermal pump and automation of heating/cooling
- ✅ CO2 detection and automation of ventilation when it's too high (in bedroom and living room)
- 🛠️ Automation of outdoor cooling (sprinklers)
- 🛠️ Monitoring of the water levels in the water tank
- 🛠️ Integration with Photovoltaic System to manage power store it in hot water/batteries or sell it
- ✅ Monitoring of the power consumption per different systems (water heating, thermal pump, ...)
- 🛠️ Weather station to provide information for system to protect house (raise shadings up in the storm) and for watering system
- ✅ Safety rules to turn off the forgotten stuff on (heating in bathrooms, ...)

Ideas:
- 💡Sell electricity from Photovoltaic directly to my neighbor for Bitcoin (to heat his hot water tank)
- 💡Automation of small indoor hydroponic system for winter and outdoor bigger one for the season
- 💡❓Integrate with first response agency in case of security alarm or fire emergency.
- 💡❓Indoor cameras (stairs, walkways, ..), but there is privacy concern
- 💡 Integration with robotic vacuum cleaner (I want to try Valetudo open-source software)
- 💡 Integration with robotic lawnmower
