My definition of spam is basically multiple repeat posts (spam posts), all the explicit images and it’s spam and multiple DM spam. I think the list may get bigger because I’m not thinking of all the reasons yet.

That’s a very good question and point. The relay also had a pay per post feature which could be enabled to further keep them away if the situation does arise. However, it could also be that if the joining fee is high enough for a spammer to be admitted they may be discouraged. However, I honestly never want to make an income from a spammer. If they do pay they won’t be refunded and I will need to blacklist their pubkey and IP.
