If I could invent a letter it would look a bit like that 🍗

It is mainly silent and more of a punctuation - but more powerful. It is the very loud pause that is a bit longer than ordinary pauses and you can very nearly hear it because the one you are talking to pauses mid sentence and you are not quite sure if it is to lay emphasis on what they are about to say or they just got distracted by the thought of something delicious.

Example:
"I am 🍗 about to think about it."
