I know the Tampa area well, I was in the Bradenton/Sarasota area (Anna-Maria Island). You got to realize that FL is a "retirement state". Third world of the US is a saying from the northern people because they are acting and thinking slow in FL and the education is not that good. Do not compare these states to Europe. They are just different but isn´t this the whole thing about life? Not being equal?
