It doesn't matter whether it's single-sig or multisig. Fedimint is fully custodial as with every system that takes your Bitcoin and can do anything with it without your permission. The only difference is whether *one* person or *3* person need to decide to take your Bitcoin. You have no control over that.
Since when can giving up your Bitcoin with no guarantee to get it back ever be called non-custodial?
Take wBTC. It's a multisig. It runs on ethereum. It can take your Bitcoin, bit can't take your wBTC. It checks all your boxes.
You call that non-custial? Maybe a non-custodial shitcoin?
