I do not wish harm unto anyone, but his actions surely could point to this fate. At some point you can even call it justified if he continues to destroy lives through his various evil endeavours.
My view is that each human being is a source of thought and ideas, which is sacred. Killing a person is therefore killing a unique perspective on the world.
But if that perspective causes nearly an entire planet full of other perspectives to be either severely muddled or in some cases, removed altogether, and the corrupt justice system allows this to go unpunished, I'd say it's a fair scenario to receive a bullet by someone that lost it all.
