To start:
-I'd follow as many people as you can at first and then weed the ones you don't like out of your feed.
-Explore all the clients (some are only ios or android) you will find a favorite.
-Explore the OTher Stuff. You can find it by going to nostrapps.com
- If you don't understand or are confused (we all are at some point) ask nostr and tag it #asknostr. Most all want to help you figure it out.
