my question is why the batteries have to be out in the open, above ground like that? can they not be in a building with multiple flooers, making use of factory sites? can they not be underground? why do they have to be on farmland? Do they hum? do they smell? is it overheating? I feel sure there must be a way to harvest excess heat in itself.
we need renewables. we need batteries. but this could surely be better done.
