I support activating BIP 119. It is clear at this point that we need a transaction introspection primitive in order to build the next generation of off-chain protocols. CTV is the most mature, constrained, and efficient proposal and is best suited to serve this role in bitcoin script. I believe we have rough consensus to proceed with activation discussions. #BIP119 #LNHANCE
