I know that is what these funds have as a perk, but I am working this argument with the assumption that they are behaving in a selfless manner, out of true charitable motivations and a well-formed conscience.
My point is even the most perfect set of assumptions doesn't solve the basic issue that it's hard to spend a concentrated lump of wealth.
