I had an interesting conversation today at work. I asked which insurer would accept non fiat payments in the US. I was of the opinion that Progressive will be on of the first 5 that do. They've always been the leader in remaining actuarially sound in their rates. When they usually do something, other carriers follow. Then I took time this evening and see that are 5 insurers who currently do this, 2 being in the US.
Interesting to see this evolving while the masses are still asleep. Its coming in spurts ...
