New Trezor Safe 5 is out. It is an update of Trezor T with touchscreen, adding a secondary secure element to increase physical security (but using passphrase is recommended).
One update I particullary like is that 1-of-1 Shamir backup is now the default. Which means, when you want to up your backup game, you can split it into 2-of-3 or any other without moving your funds. It is not technically possible to do it with seed backup with any HW wallet. I wonder why other wallets do not support Shamir backups. Yes, the standard (defined in SLIP-0039) was developed by @satoshilabs, but so was the original BIP-39, so the "not invented here" syndrome should not be a barrier to adoption.
And I've heard it will come to other Trezors (esp. Safe 3) when you initialize them.
