"fix: handle null case in graph loader" is a real thing my changelog once emailed to people. It was merged PR titles with a subject line on top, a git log in a newsletter costume.
The work of making it openable wasn't cranking up the automation. The machine assembles the facts fine. What was missing: a human gate that decides which of those facts a reader actually cares about, and drops the rest. Robots report everything. People edit.
