Hospital appointment done and dusted. Not quite as good on the blood results compared to last time. My EGFR levels have dropped, not significantly but enough to make us question whether it’s a blip in the tests (which does happen) or a genuine indication of deterioration.
Normally he’d ask me to go back and see him in three months, this time he has suggested just two.
On the flip side my blood pressure was excellent and having battled with that for years, we have got it to stabilize. One possibility is that I’ve been drinking less water and hydration can mess results up.
So we are being optimistic for now.
