Morning #Nostr!
After the abysmal showing by #ManUtd yesterday morning I cleansed the palate with the UK Open as the sun began to melt the snow around the farm. We were on track for it to melt off but then got another coating overnight. Soon it should be gone.
I made a new batch of tortillas and these ended up with 2 cups of quinoa flour by mistake. All good though as it just adds more protein to them but it did make the dough react a bit differently than normal. They still came out super tasty though and began to vanish as soon as they were made. The old saying, "the best compliment to a chef is a clean plate" is fitting to this situation.
