The Privacy Trials: Impacts of the Samourai, Bitcoin Fog and Tornado Cash cases with

Our speakers were both in the courtroom for the first hearing in the Samourai case and have been in touch with lawyers familiar with the case. They’ll share what they’ve learned thus far as well as the legal precedent that exists dating back to the battle over PGP encryption on the Internet in the 90s.
