Being given a permanent ban from Twitter for retweeting a post and then having full access reinstated a month later gave me a jarring perspective on censorship as well as a clear realisation that I am a product for that platform.
Being Nostr only has helped break the unhealthy relationship with The Algorithm and has helped to shift how I interact with social media in a positive and more mindful way.
