French President Emmanuel Macron announced the signing of an agreement providing for the delivery of up to 100 Dassault Rafale fighter jets to Ukraine, along with full combat systems and missiles. Agreements were also signed for the sale of French air defense systems.

Zelenskyy and Macron have signed a declaration of intent outlining Ukraine’s cooperation with France on acquiring new defense equipment.
