Where SMTP/SMIME kinda worked for secure recording sharing, I believe that NOSTR/NIP17/59/44 can hit the ball out of the park for a secure record sharing infrastructure.
I am already doing this with #nostr #safebox. Payments made between safeboxes are actually the secure record sharing of Cashu tokens.
