Pasicrates and Valentine were soldiers during the reign of Emperor Diocletian, openly confessing their faith in Christ, they refused to offer sacrifices to idols. Despite pleas from loved ones, including Valentine's own mother, they remained steadfast. After imprisonment and torture, they were beheaded for their unwavering devotion.
Let us pray to these steadfast Martyrs, Pasicrates and Valentine, to intercede on our behalf, that we too may have the strength to uphold our faith in the face of adversity. #Martyrs #OrthodoxChristian #Faith #Prayer #Saints
