I think that at future summits, the technology and tools we use should take a back seat, and a fully self determined Islamic way of life should take center stage. Islamic life is about more than just being online and paying with Bitcoin. We need to get off this endless treadmill that keeps us serving the wealthy ruling class and leaves us with no time to actually live, spend time with family, have spontaneous local mini majlis gatherings like you mentioned, or make a real difference in our communities.

I think our biggest problem is that we’re enslaved in a modern way. Most people have no time to live or even think outside the routine of work, dinner, weekend, then back to work. So we spend our lives making other people rich while they throw us a few crumbs.
