Can someone cross a border to escape a life-threatening situation with nothing but a concealed list of one to two dozen words and be able to reconstruct their entire financial life on the other side?
Can that person do the same thing but with a 2-of-3 multisig where one key is on a mobile app, one on a paired device secured by biometrics, and one held by a corporation that can be coerced?
