What is this doing?

This is actually pretty wild and impressive.

If a vendor wants to accept Bitcoin payments but also needs to use fiat to pay their suppliers and bills, they can automatically convert their Bitcoin payments to stablecoins with BTCpay server's Sideshift plugin.

In this example, a portion of payments on my online store will automatically be converted to USDt and sent to my Blockstream (npub1jg5…6n8n) Green Wallet, another portion of sats will be sent to my Bitcoin node running at my house, and 10% will go to OpenSats (npub10pe…n34f) to support open source software development.
