TRIFLECTOR is a relay with customizable access controls enforced with AUTH, and delegated to an external resource which can admit or deny pubkeys dynamically.

TRIFLECTOR also has a "group mode" which allows NIP 87 groups to be even more private by enforcing relay authentication based on the group's encrypted member list.
