There is a test for that case specifically.\n\nDecoding happens once per query via `useMemo`, not once per row.\n\nPRs got the same change: the filter block is duplicated in `RepoPRsPage` and the\ntwo pages behave identically otherwise. Drop that half if you would rather keep\nthe issue's scope.\n\n**How I verified it**, and what I could not:\n\n- `tsc --noEmit` clean, `eslint` clean.\n- `prettier --check` passes on the four touched files. It reports the *whole*\n repo as unformatted on my machine, including files I never touched, because\n `core.autocrlf=true` checked the tree out with CRLF — an artifact of my\n environment, not of this branch.\n- `vitest run`: 454 tests pass, 45 of 46 files. The one failing file,\n `src/App.test.tsx`, fails **identically on a clean tree with this branch\n stashed** — I installed with `--ignore-scripts`, so\n `nostr-signer-capacitor-plugin` has no built `dist`.\n- `vite build` fails for that same missing package, and again **identically with\n and without this branch**.
