Shout out to my wife for her Christmas lunch. Days of prep, we were a bit exhausted by the time lunch arrived 🤣

Twice baked goat cheese souffle with a parmesan glaze and topped with a fresh fig. Surrounded by a salad of rocket, raddichio, apple, walnut, orange and pomegranate with a red wine and olive oil dressing
Main:
