How Minibits (nprofile…vavr) retreive and show private nostr contacts?

I added my npub.
But now I'm getting a bunch of atomstrRSS news feeds profiles I'm following and few other plebs.
There are bunch of plebs missing on the contact list.

Can we get an option to manually add a receivers npub, or that's not how the gears are turning under the hood?
