The reason I am doing this is because my sister, her friend, and I recently went to a taphouse called Firebird and they had a brisket included in some of their dishes like a sandwich and nachos.

We talked my sister's friend into trying brisket on her nachos as she has never had it. I got the sandwich. Both of our dishes; the brisket was tough. It had good flavor but brisket to me is supposed to be tender and juicy. Not chewy.

I am cooking these briskets so I can share some with my sister's friend because I felt so bad she had a bad first brisket experience lol
