Rep. Jasmine Crockett says that when she claimed Lee Zeldin accepted money from “Jeffrey Epstein,” she was referring to a Jeffrey Epstein — not that Jeffrey Epstein.
She says her team simply Googled the name, found a donor with that name, and maintains she was not attempting to mislead anyone.
