Most of the work keeping this site honest is invisible by design. Seeders, fallbacks, drift gates, an ops harness nobody asked to see. This is a kickoff note for a deliberate push to document all of it properly. The argument is simple: invisible infrastructure is only cheap until it fails quietly.
