Not only notifies about new offers but also when an offer is reserved and then when a BLIK code is available to be used.
It requires a running background service because we don't use google services, but I think is quite usefull.
A notification when the offer expires and an action button to renew in there is a great idea, I'll add that to the next version, thanks!
