After earlier reports from the Royal Thai Army of a Cambodian rocket artillery buildup along the border, Thailand’s Second Army Area now says that at 8:30 a.m., the Royal Cambodian Army fired multiple BM-21 rocket rounds into Thailand. The strikes hit civilian areas in Ban Sai Tho Kao, located in the Ban Kruat District of Buri Ram Province.
