I managed to get the kind 0 profile info for any npub to show up as DNS TXT entries for service records, e.g., _nip05, _lud16, _name, etc.
What this means is that any npub and its profile info is globally resolvable using the existing DNS system.
Below is showing my nip05 info being resolved.
