Quick setup and designs and loading times.
In WordPress, you have the choice of creating a custom design in your code editor or using the integrated block editor. The block editor is still evolving and can't do everything yet, but that's changing rapidly. Additionally, there is always the CSS editor. That's a long way to go then. In Turkey, a simple shirt costs 500 TL ... after they had already removed 6 zeros before. So the shirt's price is basically 500,000,000 Lira. My grandfather bought a sesame bagel and a tea for 0.01 Lira during his school days. Imagine the inflation going on since 3-4 generations.
And they still show no signs of using BTC. On the contrary, only a tiny minority knows what it is. And of those, 99% see it as a store of value or a speculative object, but not as a medium of exchange.

The history of the web is repeating itself, and we can learn from it that it's best to keep greed out of it and to try to allow the natural, playful development to last as long as possible. And I think we _have_ a tech problem. No product is fully developed and everyone knows things are buggy. Even with good marketing, we would have a lot of disappointments after onboarding. For example, how do you explain to the masses in a non-technical way that you can't change/delete things? The lack of such a basic function alone will cause a rethink in online behavior and will also cause some regrets.

Nostr doesn't compete so much with Twitter, FB or other social networks, but more with single-sign-on providers such as Google or Microsoft. Using multiple apps with one verified signin. And have a good payment option at the same time. Only without KYC and annoying middlemen. That's the slogan. Twitter is also trying to go in the direction of an “everything app” because it can't grow with only posting notes; Nostr is competing with this. And it has the potential to replace all the big tech with it.

The topic of immigration is now appearing in election campaigns everywhere. I remember a book I read in the early 90s called "Agriculture Towards 2000," which predicted back then that there would be a wave of migration in the 2000s from the South to the North.
