Hushed works OK but the notifications are hit and miss on GrapheneOS. Call quality is good if it establishes a good connection, maybe 1 out of 20 calls are flaky but are fixed with hanging up and calling again. I would also like to know if anyone else has a better option. https://hushed.com/

Oh yes I love it here too. Where I will go to jail for defending myself against an intruder in my own home.
