Curious: In moving a government workforce toward LibreOffice, Is there discussion for what the support model should be?
Currently, the entire [Professional Support](https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/professional-support/ ) list looks like it might support a few dozen companies totaling say 10k seats. Denmark has something like 800k bureaucrats (over a quarter of the national workforce).
Clearly not just an exercise in installing and using FOSS software, but massively scaling up the ability to support and fix and develop it for a huge (and consequential) workforce.

Getting started, picking a server:
Not many folks know that you don't need a Mastodon account to see where interesting Fediverse conversations are focused, and get a quick check of the vibe of the local servers they're using.
One can go to a big well-connected server like mastodon.social without creating an account, without logging in, and do a search on, say, #FiberArts (or #FibreArts) or #Crafts, etc.
Then just take a look at the users and toots that pop up, and check out *their* servers. One doesn't need an account to read their policies and check their live local feeds to get the vibe (I realize that's not a substitute for a trusted unbiased assessment, but it's perhaps useful).

That's the smart approach, I think. Go for the server that has the moderation policy you want, since one can follow ones interests anywhere on the fediverse (more or less), but bad local moderation is tough to work around.

There's two different mails flooding my inbox.
One is purely an image of an invoice, with a big bold phone number to call. Recent ones (matching what you report) always from a gmail address. As you say, run of the mill.
The other one I'm talking about is a real paypal mail (forwarded), with a real live paypal "pay-me" link (it was created through paypal, and if one is logged into paypal and clicks through, will pay the scammer). In the notes field of the paypal generated pay-me email, it also has a "didn't make this order?" phone number.
The paypal one is more interesting to me, since it is signed (correctly) by paypal, doesn't arrive from paypal, but my rspamd doesn't detect it as spam (and rspamd config is so opaque I can't figure out why).
I've gotten a dozen of each in the past week.

In the email examples I got, the only reference to me personally was in the latest Received By header (in which my MTA includes the envelope recipient)

Somewhat more clever. The message is an unmodified message from Paypal to the spammer as recipient. So the DKIM detects no tampering. Then the mail is given a new envelope sender and resent to the victim. These pass SPF. So the indicator of spam is not DKIM or SPF, but that the header recipient does not match the envelope recipient. A weaker signal.
