I thought of this as well. You can’t bring peanut butter on a plane because it could be a bomb. To be consistent, they will have to ban phones as well. Imagine a world where you can’t bring your phone on a business trip. Maybe you will be able to rent a phone when you arrive!

True that, when I started my carnivore journey, I lost 30 lb in just a couple or three months. Just melted off. My better half kept telling me I looked emaciated! Abs are made in the kitchen!

You might check out the simple and sinister routine from strong first for a good way to build up your swings. I’ve used this for a couple years to good effect. I’m currently doing the swings with a 40 kg bell, though in sets of 10 and not all at once.

To answer my own question, after trying to connect with my nsec several days, I finally got it to work by having it create a new Nostr account for me, then logging out of that new account, and then connecting with my real account. @npub1v5u…n0v5 🧐

Having an issue connecting @npub1v5u…n0v5 to Nostr. Initially I had no problem. Worked like a charm. Then I logged out to see what the experience was without connecting to Nostr. Now it won’t connect to Nostr.
Tried several times, uninstalled/reinstalled the app. No joy 🥲

Prior to Enter the Kettlebell, I worked through the simple side of Simple and Sinister. I am close to “owning” the 32kg for the getup, and I’ve owned it for the swing, but that’s the biggest bell I have, so I’ve stopped progressing with the swing ☹️
Well I just found a great deal on Facebook marketplace for a used 40kg bell at a good price. I hope to pick that up this weekend 😁

Guys at my team at work have a strength training challenge going: at least 3x a week.
I’m currently using Pavel’s Enter the Kettlebell.
Yesterday I had my “medium” intensity day: warmup with squats & halos. Clean/presses, swings.
I’m also still learning proper form for snatches, so I performed some of those and high-pulls.
