I think the bigger risk is that depending on how many 'coins' are in the Trust, they may actually influence which fork becomes 'Bitcoin' and if that new forked version is less secure, or has some other flaw, etc. it could ruin Bitcoin.
To play this out, consider if Roger Ver was the person running the BlackRock trust. Would he have 'won' the fork wars? What would that mean for Bitcoin post fork, if BlackRock supported what is now Bitcoin Cash.... would it have just become Bitcoin?

I've thought about this issue a lot. The changing legal landscape, including in Canada def. poses a risk for relay operators. They are going to fall into the regulatory capture of laws passed with Facebook etc in mind. Its not much of an issues right now, but as Nostr grows, I see a lot of potential for claims and subpoenas to be directed at relay operators. Governments will want to subpoena IP addresses of users that relay operators capture.
One viewpoint may be that if there are multiple relay operators, it gives law enforcement more avenues of attack, to go after a relay operators in a jurisdiction that has a legal system that will force the operator to comply with gov. requests etcs.

For what its worth, you may want to raise with Apple that Guideline 3.1.1 says:

I agree with this. Nothing the SEC is doing suggests Bitcoin is a security, or that they have any means to stop it.
They are going after exchanges and tokens, none of which impact bitcoin. There will always be a market to buy and sell bitcoin whether big exchanges like Binance and Coinbase exist.

One of my biggest fears on #censorship is ISP level domain blocking.
YouTube can block content they deem to violate their (often vague) rules. The day that happens more overtly at the ISP level is the day the internet dies.
RT is obviously state-funded Russian propaganda. They publish obviously anti-Western media. Should we be afraid of that? No. They should be allowed on YouTube.
They were initially banned for Covid 'misinformation'. But as of today, the official reason is because Russia's invasion violates their 'violet events' policy, and RT is funded by the Russian government.

I accepted that the whole 'Ivermectin is horse de-wormer' line, and that only crazy people would consider it.
In fact, in July-August of 2021 the NIH published this:
