There's a lot to be said about coding in the age of AI.
I think about it this way: with ai, everyone can build a nice looking prototype. Building a reliable production ready application is a different matter, and this is where the human expertise still counts.

NAP, a challenge-response login flow for services that authenticate users by Nostr key (nsec) rather than password.
It is intentionally not a replacement for NIP-98. Instead, it is a higher-level login profile that:
1. uses a server-issued challenge,
2. completes authentication with a standard NIP-98
authorization proof,
3. issues a short-lived session for subsequent application requests.

It is the confirmation that independent creators are winning the battle of ideas, and that's something no amount of government regulation will change. This is why YT is freaking out because they understand that if they can't be fair towards those actually generating the most traffic they don't have a business anymore. In France, alternative media are already teaming up to find alternatives and fight this kind of censorship...

In 1990, Cameroon reached the WC quarter finals with mostly local amateur players. Eight years before that, in 1982, they exited in the first round without a single defeat, even drawing against Italy, who later won the tournament.
The double nationality was all about giving foreign players, who couldn't make it into their national team, the ability to play big tournaments, at the expense of the local players. This has completely destroyed all incentives to develop the African football, as it's much easier to recruit from European football academies than building local professional leagues. In order to compete, African talents now have to go abroad (Europe) to play professionally, as the local leagues become increasingly irrelevant.

I think it's turned into a waiting strategy, i.e who will be the first to suffer the consequences of the blockade, and therefore, will be forced to make concessions to the other party to end the conflict...
If the recent rumours about Iran already possessing the N-bomb are true, then this will potentially change the equation drasticaly. It may end the conflict now by forcing the belligerents to an accord, but also will certainly start an arms race in the region - exactly what this war was officially supposed to prevent!
What is already certain is that the rest of the world will be among the losers of this conflict, although they have nothing to do with it...

I love the concept of bringing bitcoin into the classrooms. I once even thought of designing a bitcoin curriculum for kids, to teach at my son's school, as an optional after-school activity. Unfortunately the idea never materialised because I could never find the time... 😔
That said, I have problems with sats as reward for homework. I think any sort of reward in the classroom kills intrinsic motivation, which is key for true learning, but that's a different topic...
What I had in mind was designing something fun and basic: setting up wallets, generating LN invoices, sending sats, spending sats on real stuff... Also, there are a few interesting bitcoin board games that I would have used, to keep them interested. To me, it was all about developing awareness, and awakening interest, in a fun and playful manner...

They’ve been around long enough to know that not every recommendation has their best interests at heart. There’s a quiet confidence there— a refusal to be medicated into submission or frightened by every headline. They don’t get angry. They just gently, firmly, do things their way.
