Also, want to add that the Tleilaxu do try and grow sand trout in other deserts in other planets to replicate the spice growth outside of Arrakis. We as Bitcoiners should appreciate that absolute scarcity is not only relegated to digital domains. And it’s science fiction, makes for more thrilling scenarios. In this one scarcity is that sandworms seems to grow in Arrakis and due to that spice happens to be there.

Agree on the freedom money aspect, however Number go up is vindication for BTC hodlers through the bear market and the network effects of NGU it turn has on the freedom coefficient of the hodlers.
eg. Julian Assange’s BTC stash is worth so much more in $ terms which gives him freedom to go about his activities.

Also, without a cost to messaging, there are no incentives for people/entities to refrain from what others might consider spam. One person's junk is another person's treasure, but the world could use some more signal and less noise, and putting a limit on total messages is a good move, taking the next step from 280 characters to 280 tweets a day. If people do want to communicate more there are long-form versions available like blogs
