Think they’re just finding any open relays which have no restrictions, and abusing them… if you search reply guy, you see a load of different relay names.

Not sure if you’re aware, but to grab a specific name you have to transact 1m sat on chain and I think it’s 50 lightning transactions. By default you get allocated a name.
