God I wish there was a way to just ban ads from notifications. Hopefully some Apple Intelligence stuff can be applied to filter out non-critical notifications.
I also imagine the solution here is just blocking Lyft notifications and only using Live Activities (unsure if that’ll work if notifications are blocked tho :/)

If I have two actors in Swift, what’s the “go to” approach to share data or communicate between one another.
Actor1 is processing streamed data continuously
Actor2 is processing other streamed data
Actor2 needs to inform Actor1 about some stuff, but Actor1 also needs the ability to query initial state from Actor2.
Nonisolated delegates feels like an anti-pattern (and then data isolation issues).
Is the play to have a third object or smth that owns the two actors and orchestrates data?

Fun beta things!
Sequoia beta 2 will just hang the whole OS for a while whenever this dialog pops up (input drops, can't actually click Continue To Allow).
If you click Allow once it eventually works, it'll just pop up again the next time you try to take a screenshot with CleanShot.
Removing / Adding from Screen Recording doesn't seem to fix sadly

It's just a standard AVRCP session, so I don't think there's any MFI limitations I'm hitting.
Maybe it's some weird linux flag I'm missing. I recompiled bluez to enable autoconnect with AVRCP, but that still doesn't work so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Shortcut works, just hacky and probably unreliable

This is kinda wild, it messed up the first two lines (suggesting length of 64 for some reason), but after fixing those, the third, fourth, and fifth lines were all suggested perfectly (and is correctly inferring the right enums!)

The zoom transition stuff added in iOS 18 is really nice, glad it exists and I hope sheets get similar treatment! It even supports blurring the contents below it as part of a dimming layer.

The WWDC talk Enhance Your UI Animations and Transitions is fantastic for anyone who wants to understand how truly interruptible presentations / dismissals should work. Highly recommend a watch!
It's something I've been trying to teach people for years and it's a lot tricker than you'd think (especially with regard to -viewDidAppear: not actually working the way you expect).

Hmm, it appears that perspective isn't being respected when using the SwiftUI animation stuff in UIKit like:

It rotates, but doesn't apply any perspective.
