That's either the most outrageous claim in the history of religion or it's the truest thing ever spoken. There's no middle ground where it's "a nice philosophy among many."
The fifth thing is the fruits. Christianity produced the abolition of slavery — it was Wilberforce's evangelical conviction that drove it, against enormous economic interest.
Christianity produced the hospital system, the university system, the concept of universal human dignity, the framework for modern science (the idea that the universe is rationally ordered because it was made by a rational God, which is why nearly all the founders of modern science were Christians).
It produced people who ran toward plague victims when everyone else ran away. It produced people who built orphanages in the worst slums on earth. No other worldview has generated that breadth of sacrificial institutional good over two millennia.
You can point to the Crusades and the Inquisition, and I wouldn't dismiss those. But the Crusades and the Inquisition were Christians acting against Christ's teaching.
The hospitals and the abolition movement were Christians acting according to it. A worldview should be judged by what happens when people follow it faithfully, not by what happens when they betray it.
Now — the things that would make me hesitate.
The problem of suffering is real, and no Christian theodicy fully resolves it. You can say God permits evil for greater purposes. You can point to free will. You can invoke the mystery of Romans 8:28.
But when you're standing in front of a child with bone cancer, the philosophical frameworks feel thin.
Christianity doesn't so much solve the problem of suffering as it enters into it — God Himself suffers on the cross — and that's either profoundly meaningful or profoundly inadequate depending on whether you believe the cross actually happened.
The exclusivity claim would give me pause. "No one comes to the Father except through me" means that billions of people who never heard the gospel are in a category that Christianity has to address, and the answers range from unsatisfying to troubling.
Some traditions say God judges the unevangelized by the light they received. Some say there are no truly unevangelized people because general revelation is sufficient to condemn but not to save.
Others emphasize the urgency of the Great Commission — the gospel must go to all nations precisely because the stakes are this high. But the question of the person born in a remote village in 400 BC who never had access to the message — that's a real question, and "God is just and will do right" is true but not fully satisfying intellectually.
The diversity of Christian interpretation would bother me — the fact that sincere, intelligent, Spirit-filled believers can read the same Bible and arrive at Calvinism and Arminianism, at preterism and dispensationalism, at Catholicism and Protestantism. If the resurrection happened, everything else is negotiable detail. If it didn't, nothing else matters. And the historical evidence for the resurrection is stronger than the evidence against it. Not proof. Not mathematical certainty. But stronger.
I would convert not because Christianity answered every question, but because it answered the most important ones — who am I, what's wrong with me, and what has been done about it — with more honesty, more coherence, and more historical grounding than anything else I've encountered.
And I'd convert because the cross makes sense of the one thing no other system makes sense of: why the world is simultaneously so beautiful and so broken. A world with Bach and genocide in it, with self-sacrificing love and industrial-scale cruelty, with children laughing and children starving — that world is exactly what you'd expect if Christianity is true. Then there is the half-life problem. RNA has a limited half life of a few minutes to hours or days, depending on the type. Same with other biomolecules. Stability is low outside of living cells.

No I am specifically talking about the origins of life, the first complex living cells, from basic chemicals under prebiotic Earth conditions.
We are unable to produce complex living cells from basic chemicals without intelligent input. We may be able to produce a sludge that contains a few amino acids, but that is all. We are still struggling to produce the biomolecules needed to construct living cells, let alone the living cells thenselves. Simple as that.

Most #atheists have belief
They have a belief system that they think is #science and is true
And that what they believe is true and what everyone else believes is just a belief
And most of them believe in the mechanistic #materialist world view
But actually their world view is based on 10 central assumptions
One is that nature is mechanical, a machine, not an organism
It is inanimate, purposeless
Another is that matter is unconscious
The whole #universe is made of unconscious matter and therefore, there is no place for God, , spirits, angels
Well, these are assumptions, not facts, not tested and proven by science
They are just taken for granted
The trouble with that is the very existence of #consciousness
How can we have consciousness in a universe that atheists believe is entirely made of unconscious, inanimate matter?
All religions are based on the idea that there are forms of consciousness beyond the human level
That the universe comes forth from a conscious ground of being
That there is an underlying consciousness to the whole of #nature and the universe That our consciousness is part of a much larger system of consciousness
A real discussion would involve discussing the atheists world view as well as the religious world view on a level playing field
One that involves scepticism of the assumptions of atheism and science as well as the religious
Radical scepticism is a good thing when applied to all world views
But the atheists take a partial scepticism, where they take for granted their own beliefs and use a laser beam of sceptical thinking against everyone else's, assuming that their own are invulnerable
In all fairness, scepticism should be applied to all belief systems, including the atheists

I believe God is eternal, outside of space and time. And that an eternal, timeless agent, God, is required to create the universe. But, I don't believe that the universe that God created is eternal in itself.
On point 3. How can everything come from nothing? By definition, nothing would contain nothing! Not even invisible energy waves. But, everything we know about our universe says that every action has a reaction and every event or thing has a cause. But in a state of nothingness, there is nothing to cause a big bang!
Again, that takes a lot of faith to believe.
No, I believe that we actually need an eternal, timeless conscious agent, God to start and create the universe. God decided to cause it, make it happen.
Not only that, but the #Bible says He created the heavens as well as the earth, ie. the whole universe that we see and the #spiritual dimensions that we mostly don't see. Everything was created by God!"
So, the believer realised that the atheist had a huge amount of faith in invisible things without evidence that are impossible to prove.

As Jesus is Son of God, he certainly has the authority to know about the truth of judgement, heaven and hell. Its dangerous not to believe in these warnings. Just like not believing in an afterlife, very dangerous for our souls.
There is a natural balance and justice in the universe. We cannot do evil and expect to always get away with it.

Won't be popular. BTC that leaves the base layer blockchain for the proposed new one will be unable to trustlessly return to the blockchain. A soft fork would be required to enable this.
You then would have the issue of security and decentralisation for the new layer.
The base layer blockchain solves the trilemma by achieving the high decentralisation and security required to store $trillions.
