I've been in Srpska and Kosovo (Metohija)...
Jugoslavia was quite a rich country but unwilling to bend to the demands coming from Washington and Bruxelles, the eurogang fueled the flames to cause the implosion, kosovo was designed to be used just as the americans wanted to use Afghanistan (or Ukraine, more recently).

Foreigners getting into it will do it out of two factors:
One: get revenge for what America done to them, this will be like "how cool, you bombed my country and slaughtered my people for no reason, now the tables have turned, prepare your anus for payback".
Two: get advantage of America if it were to ever recover near a relevant status. something like "see we helped you when you needed it, now, lets talk business..."
Anyway, controlling inhabitated territories and having to deal with a civilian population, and a spoiled / troublesome / heavily armed one at that, is going to be a no-no.
Help, eventually, from behind the curtain, or outright attacks are a possibility, don't think Russians, Chinese or any others would want to set up occupation of America, they'll look for other ways to leverage the situation in their favour.

Those are for women.
A man should act, prepare and organize according to his beliefs, and never ever be afraid to speak the truth.
This guy is on the right path, probably, but has to step up, face a mirror and understand that if he really wants to stand up and be useful should completely drop the idea of appeasing what he considers evil.
