It’s weird how different satiety feels compared to saturation for me. I had to get used to it once I lowered my carbs and upped my protein and fats. My stomach does not feel filled to the max (saturation), but my appetite definitely has been satiated (after giving it some time)

I keep the broccoli seeds in the dark for about 4 days and only put them out in the light for the last day. I rinse them twice a day and make sure I don’t crowd the jar with too many seeds (2-3 tablespoons). Although the age of the seeds might be a factor, I don’t have experience with that

I’ve grown quite some batches of broccoli and never had any problems (that I’m aware of). Though I do keep my jar in a dark cupboard instead of the sink. I just let it drain in a bowl. The jar should be tilted, but not completely upside down

Putting your bare feet on natural soil, like grass or sand. Cement works too, but asphalt does not. Wet/damp grass/sand works best.
Supposedly, it lowers inflammation, blood pressure, changes your brainwaves, helps against jet lag, and more.

Fully agree. Statins also mess with vitamin D synthesis. From what I’ve read the predictive value of (total) cholesterol measures is all over the place and mostly worthless. If I remember correctly, blood pressure is at least somewhat valuable as a predictive measurement.
I know you do fasts, do you also use other approaches to keep insulin resistance and inflammation down?
