Went into my local AT&T store to pay off a device and cancel the associated line. The store was happy to take my money to pay off the device but told me I had to *call* to cancel service because they no longer had the ability to do so.
Tried to cancel the service online..same thing.
Meanwhile, after waiting a half hour on hold and listening to the upsell pitch...I finally was able to get it done.
Companies sure don't make it easy to discontinue service.

You may wonder how I figured out Benadryl might be an issue for me.
I went for a walk yesterday. I track these things on my Apple Watch which shows you your heart rate. I noticed it was at least 10bpm lower than it had been at a similar point in the last walk I did a week ago.
I realized I recently stopped taking Benadryl and wondered if it might have something to do with it. Turns out: it explains that AND my recent insomnia:

Meanwhile, I set up a private Mastodon instance that only people I know personally have accounts on (5 others). Only people we interact with directly even know about it.

Despite investing so much of my time, talent, and (ok, maybe not so much) treasure over the last 15+ years with No Agenda, I feel the "producers" are being devalued. #NASGate is merely the latest instance of it, and it woke a LOT of people up to what's been going on for a while now.
I've met some great people as a result of No Agenda, including my better half @npub1h2q…l8p7, so it wasn't all bad.
