He's a Taiwanese contemporary historian rather than a tech person, so you need to take some tings with large grains of salt since you will know better about some specifics.
An example of the sort of side-questy way he goes about tings are exemplified in his history of Carl Zeiss, which is the lens company critical to semiconductor fab tech.
I don't know of one source that covers the sheer breadth of related topics like he does, but at the same time, I don't think it will completely scratch your itch, since it's not comprehensive.
His collection of videos is something to look at, at least. He touches on all the topics you mentioned.
