I remember way back when Netflix had pretty much everything you could possibly want. They still have a large selection but it's 95% garbage and the companies making the premium stuff stuck it on their own services so now if you want the same selection you're looking at $200 per month, which is even worse than the days when cable had a monopoly on entertainment

that's what I predicted would happen from the beginning because the progress curve with paradigms is always ALWAYS S curved over time. But no, everybody was telling me it was too the moon all the way to the singularity. Somebody on here I won't name got into a big argument saying that AI would dominate everything and outperform humans in 2 years because the CEO of Goldman Sachs said so. You don't have to be a genius to figure out that his job is to pitch shares, not accurately predict the future.
