Instead of addressing why the students are protesting, the government does what it always does. The beatings will stop when morale improves.
You can “live long enough to become the villain”. The people sending in the police are probably the same hippies that were protesting war in the 60s and 70s

@npub1mmf…eknq I don't think people get the significance of this. By invoking article 99, the Secretary General is asking a very fundemental question: “If we can't stop this genocide, then wft are we doing here?”
If Israel doesn't have to wage war by the rules, then no one has to and we are right back to where we started with the League of Nations

On the other hand he’s an idiot because he thinks he’s untouchable. And that’s true until it’s not

@npub1mmf…eknq Yes but he also drawing the wrong conclusions. It isn't that there is a ton of people who think Hamas's attack was justified, it’s that they don't think the genocidal response from the Israeli government is justified.
